Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Shipping

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
